Jackrabbit seen on Pumphouse Rd., Toppenish, Yakima Co., WA 2009-07-27

I think this looks like a Black-tailed Jackrabbit.  My mammal book doesn't show them as resident in Yakima County.  Is my ID wrong, or is my book wrong?
